so for some reason this morning when i woke up i was thinking about acrostics. you know, those things where you have a word, then you have words for each letter in said word? and for some reason in my english book every year they call them "acrostic poems." but i see nothing poetic at all. anyway, every time we do those, i always feel cheated, because i only have 3 letters in my name, and 2 letters are the same. [<---now that was poetry, ya'll.]

darn it. i didn't win. and i still had a bid to spare too. it's all because i was a nincompoop and accidentally turned the computer off, then assumed it would still last at least another hour so i didn't bother to look anymore until an hour had passed. then i found out that someone won "about an hour ago". that is very....unfortunate. on my part. but congratulations, mr. unlimitedfunds. your name is fitting.

zomg. this bidfire thing. nuts! ^here's a screenshot of me "winning." ahah. the site's jacked up because of the 4908329572975784972976947030689720677276875678678856486542396547865465897584754684684375843786346487583478465826590834 people bidding on the switchfoot auction so this has happened at least 5 times so far, "this" being the clock going to zero while i'm in the lead. and yes my avatar is mermaid man. i love him. so anyway. ive already spent $30 bucks on bids. ugh. i don't even know if i have $30 to pay my dad back. hm. i have at least 20. anyway, the site messes up regularly, and now is one of those times, so i'm taking the opportunity to write a blog post. SIGH. i want this. A LOT. but A LOT of other people do too. sooooo i'm taking advantage of pacific coasters eating lunch at this hour to possibly squeeze in a win? huh? huh? well wait a second. i can't do that now because the site's messed up, remember? isn't it funny how things just work out like that?

ah. the mailbox is such a letdown. but this summer i'm gonna try and get the mail every day so my feet will be super tough because now they are soft and weak. cause i like getting the mail barefoot, no matter how much the road hurts. and no matter how much i don't get letters. hahahah.

new layout! like? dislike? i don't ever get feedback anyway so i'll just keep it? hahah anyway, i drew this stuff. last night. with colored pencils. it was fun. it was a pain, though, to get it into a header. it seems simple, but i had to adjust a ton of stuff to get it just right, and it still looks a tad weird. but whatever. i like it. and i like how the top right corner looks like the bottom half of a face, even though i didn't do that on purpose.

my new obsession: pasta salad. it's yummalicous.

ok. well that is all. i'm going shopping today in search of capris, shorts, and the switchfoot macbeth. also the journey's site says my local journey's doesn't carry them. but i'm looking anyway. but i can't afford them. hahahah i wanna just look at 'em.

Ah dude. You know what? I screwed up my life. I wondered before, "why don't my friends at school ever invite me to things?" or "why is everyone else in that picture but me?" and the list of questions goes on. But this whole thing is my fault. I've pushed them away, I've been antisocial, basicly. That's why I feel like a loser all the time. I did this to myself. What will I do now? Well my goal for the summer and my entire sophomore year will be to try and replant the relationships that I've starved. Hopefully I didn't mess 'em up too much. I guess I'll have to be the one inviting? I don't know. I don't have anything interesting to do or set up. Oh boy. This will be interesting.

But anyway, TODAY IS HORRIBLE. It was good, until people ruined it. Great. I just can't wait til summer. All this stress is NOT good for me. Bleh. But at least there are only 5 more days of school left! Only 3 working days [other 2 are exam days] and 2 of those 3 are A days! Wahoo!

Oh yesterday I finished this book called "Going Home" or something like that and it's about amish people. It was really good and it was in this series called "The Brides of Webster County" or something hahaha. I wanna read the rest.
